Our Internal Audit Experience

We have a number of individuals who have extensive experience gained from managing in-house teams, thus giving a practical insight into the challenges facing a Head of Audit, and also from ‘big-four’ consultancy work giving a breath of experience across a range of businesses and audit departments.

As well as direct experience covering a wide range of business areas we have developed risk planning processes, developed and rolled out control self assessment processes, and developed a number of audit reporting mechanisms to support line management / audit committee requirements.

We have access to technical resources to support Treasury, IT and business change project reviews.
